The Mid-Market Account Executive (German Speaking) at Canva is a pivotal role within the Sales & Success team, focusing on the DACH region. This position involves managing a targeted portfolio of German-speaking mid-market prospects, driving outbound sales activities, and executing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. The role is based in Canva's London office, with flexibility in work arrangements to suit individual preferences.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. Utilizing the SPICED methodology, you'll qualify prospects and uncover real customer value. Your duties will include developing data-driven account plans, managing a full sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Regular use of Salesforce for tracking pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions is expected.
Ideal candidates will have experience in outbound sales, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment, and a strong desire to build a career in mid-market sales. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, along with excellent communication skills for presenting to multiple stakeholders. The role requires organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a full pipeline effectively. Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Gong is advantageous.
