As a Mid Market Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers within the Financial Services sector across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be instrumental in expanding Gong's presence and driving revenue growth in this key market segment.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing prospects from lead generation to closure, effectively articulating Gong's value proposition to create enthusiasm among potential clients. You will develop and iterate messaging strategies to scale outbound prospecting efforts, engage senior executives to educate them on the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry, and collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and other team members to develop account-based sales strategies that uncover value for go-to-market leaders.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant SaaS sales experience, preferably with a focus on the Financial Services sector. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets of $1 million or more and successfully closing six-figure deals is essential. Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
