Mid-Level Instructional Designer (Contract, Remote)
INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Mid-Level Instructional Designer to develop impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design engaging programs for adult professionals, utilizing evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies. INFUSE Academy focuses on creating high-impact e-learning experiences that drive real business results, aiming to empower individuals to grow and thrive.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs aligned with business goals. You will apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals. Additionally, you will design and curate blended learning solutions using various formats, ensure instructional consistency and accessibility, leverage generative AI tools to support learning, and manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in instructional design and AI implementation, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models like GPT-4. You should be able to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions. Attention to detail, innovation, and comfort in a fast-paced, iterative environment are essential. A passion for solving problems creatively and enhancing learning experiences is highly valued.
