Mid-level Commercial Projects Lawyer

The firm operates across the MENA region, handling a diverse range of matters under both English and UAE law. The Dubai team is renowned for its expertise in infrastructure and projects, having advised on significant projects such as the US$1 billion TA’ZIZ Central Utilities Project in Abu Dhabi and Masdar’s US$6 billion solar PV and battery storage project.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions and collaborating closely with clients. This involves developing exceptional transaction management and organizational skills, as well as honing technical abilities. The position offers exposure to high-profile projects, providing opportunities to work on groundbreaking deals for top-tier clients.

Candidates should possess 4–6 years of post-qualified experience as a Projects lawyer, demonstrating first-class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English. Exceptional academic results are also required.
