Merchant Services Associate
As a Merchant Services Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey on our platform. This position is integral to our Sales team, which is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of merchants, from local stores to major brands. Wolt, a technology company founded in 2014 and now part of the DoorDash family, operates in over 500 cities across 30 countries, delivering a wide array of products to millions of users.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with merchant partners by training them on our systems and keeping them informed about new features and improvements. You will conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure partners meet the highest service standards, analyze performance data to support business growth, and manage and update partner menus and visuals to align with Wolt's brand standards. Additionally, you will assist with organizing content shoots, support various teams during campaigns and launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and the overall merchant experience.
The ideal candidate will have approximately one year of experience in customer support, partner operations, or a similar role. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with merchants through various channels. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously are crucial. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are also important. Fluency in English and the local language is required.
