Merchant Operations Associate
As a Merchant Operations Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our restaurant partners to thrive on the Wolt platform. This position is based in Ramat Gan, Israel, and involves working closely with our Merchant Services team to enhance operational performance and ensure a seamless experience for our partners. Wolt, established in 2014, has expanded its services to over 500 cities across 30 countries, aiming to deliver a wide range of products beyond restaurant food.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for our tier 3 restaurant partners, proactively supporting them to improve performance and operational efficiency. You will work on key performance indicators to enhance business operations and create a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners on product assortment and availability, handle restaurant support tickets to ensure optimal user experience, assist with marketing campaigns for restaurant partners, and support restaurant business managers with tasks related to working with restaurant partners.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management, account management, or customer service. A self-starter with a strong passion for developing in account management and customer success roles is essential. Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel are required, along with technical ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences are crucial. The candidate should be structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented, with fluency in Hebrew and English. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
