In this role, the Membership Manager is responsible for maintaining a constant presence on the floor, engaging with members to build meaningful relationships. They coordinate activities between reception, floor staff, kitchen, and the membership team, ensuring seamless operations. The manager also hosts member introductions, evaluates membership applications, and monitors the club's atmosphere to ensure a high-quality experience for all.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a management position. Fluency in Dutch and/or English is required, along with a passion for the hospitality industry, encompassing food, beverage, music, and culture. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to provide excellent customer service, are essential.
