Media Accounting Manager (Mensch)
As a Media Accounting Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing processes for our media services to international clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our media billing procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the invoicing of media services to international clients, ensuring seamless operations. You will independently analyze and refine existing processes to boost efficiency within your domain. Engaging in close collaboration with other departments, you will work towards achieving optimal outcomes for our clients. Additionally, you will actively participate in shaping and advancing our media billing processes, embracing new challenges in a dynamic team environment. Preparing and analyzing reports to provide transparency and support decision-making will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree. Prior experience in media billing or finance is advantageous. A strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset are essential. High team orientation and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable team member. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required. Fluency in German and good English skills are necessary for effective communication in our international setting.
