Markify Technical Lead - B2B SaaS (H/F)
The Markify Technical Lead at Questel will spearhead the development and enhancement of the Markify Trademark Search tool, a pivotal component of the company's global strategy. This role involves leading a dedicated team to optimize similarity algorithms and integrate advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and large language models, to deliver superior trademark search capabilities.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Manager to guide the development team's direction through active participation in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Technical Lead will present project proposals, oversee release planning and communication, write specifications, refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders are informed about new features. Additionally, the role involves validating completed developments and engaging in client meetings to gather feedback and requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have proven experience in product development and technical leadership. Strong project management skills are essential, along with experience working with large language models and an analytical mindset capable of translating business needs into technical requirements. An understanding of linguistics, word similarity, and image similarity matching techniques is highly desirable. While experience in the intellectual property sector is welcome, a strong curiosity and interest in the field are equally important. Fluency in English is required.
