Marketing Manager: Consumer Finance - CA Remote
Experian is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and deliver integrated marketing programs for the card and consumer finance market. This role involves implementing campaigns, developing content, and assisting sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue within a complex and evolving landscape. The position is based in Southern California and reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
Key responsibilities include supporting and implementing the marketing plan and calendar, encompassing multi-channel campaigns such as digital initiatives, events, content creation, and industry partnerships. The role also involves developing marketing assets like emails, pitch decks, and case studies to support campaigns and accelerate the sales cycle. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will translate advanced analytics, automation capabilities, and AI-driven solutions into clear, customer-friendly messaging tailored to card and alternative financial services providers.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing within cards, consumer finance, or related industries. They should have a proven track record of implementing end-to-end marketing programs with skills in optimizing workflows. Familiarity with credit cards, consumer finance, or non-prime lending segments is essential. The candidate should also possess the ability to translate complex concepts, including data, AI, and automation capabilities, into clear, engaging content, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively within matrixed teams.
