They will develop and implement innovative growth strategies to scale Fever's presence in the region, manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth across Israel. Staying informed about the latest trends in the cultural and museum landscape will be essential to identify new and trending exhibitions and experiences.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, with an additional 3 years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech companies, or the arts. Proficiency in English and Hebrew is mandatory. Strong business development and partnership management skills, a self-starter mentality, a data-driven approach to business, and excellent communication skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (preferably Sugar CRM) is also necessary.
