The role involves developing and delivering innovative growth strategies to scale Fever's presence in the region, managing commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth both locally and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, with an additional 3 years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech companies, or the entertainment industry. Strong business development and partnership management skills are essential, along with a self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment. A data-driven approach to business and task prioritization, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM systems are also required. Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends is highly desirable.
