Manual Data QA

The Manual Data QA role at Questel is integral to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data within the company's systems. As part of the Sales Operations team, this position focuses on data management and reporting activities that support project delivery, system enhancements, and internal process improvements. Questel is a global leader in intellectual property solutions, serving over 20,000 organizations across more than 30 countries.

Key responsibilities include updating, cleaning, and validating Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role also involves maintaining and updating reports and dashboards used by various departments, monitoring data across platforms like Power BI, Salesforce, and Synergy to ensure alignment, and creating new reports and dashboards as needed. Additionally, the Manual Data QA Specialist identifies and reports data issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and maintains clear documentation for data rules and reporting logic.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, CRM operations, or a similar role in a multinational environment. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Power BI is a plus. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple high-priority demands, and excellent communication skills are crucial. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills encouraged.
