The Manager Tax Compliance & Reporting - HQ role at Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is a pivotal position within the company's global tax team. This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring tax compliance across all countries where Glovo operates, contributing to the company's mission of delivering an exceptional experience to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities include monitoring global tax compliance obligations, expanding tax compliance tools across Glovo's international markets, and executing tax reports to oversee the company's global tax position. The role also involves implementing tax quality controls and key performance indicators, designing and leading tax reporting processes for shareholders, and improving the fiscal quality of accounting data through process enhancements. Additionally, the manager will define global policies for tax compliance and reporting, act as the process owner of the tax function at Glovo, liaise with local tax advisors, and lead a team of over three professionals.

Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy firm or in-house, with strong knowledge of Spanish taxes and EU Directives. Strong accounting skills, organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, efficiency, flexibility, and proactiveness are essential. The role requires a team-oriented individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with proficiency in other languages such as Portuguese and/or Italian considered a plus.
