Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Headout is seeking a Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Key Accounts to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth & Strategy, this role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage existing networks and forge new connections to become a prominent representative of Headout in the travel industry.
Key responsibilities include proactively expanding Headout's distribution network by acquiring new strategic partners, managing and nurturing relationships with key partners to build mutual trust, and monitoring partner performance to develop strategic recommendations for optimization. The role also involves collaborating with regional teams to drive revenue growth, amplifying brand presence, and solidifying Headout's position in the experiences industry. Additionally, the Manager will define partnership journey strategies, product inputs, and measurement metrics, scaling successful initiatives to achieve significant impact.
Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in partnership sales or B2B sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients. A proven ability to manage full commercial cycles and close high-impact deals is essential. The role requires the capacity to craft partnership proposals that create clear business value for both parties and the ability to translate partner needs into commercial opportunities and scalable solutions. Strong structured problem-solving skills, market analysis capabilities, and a demonstrated curiosity and competitive awareness are also important.
