Key responsibilities include acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project execution. The manager will oversee the planning and execution of creative campaigns across social, digital, and influencer marketing channels, maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful campaign launches. Additionally, the role involves identifying and resolving operational roadblocks and collaborating with various teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of experience in social media and/or digital creative environments, preferably in an agency or client-facing role. Strong client management skills, meticulous execution oversight, and a passion for leveraging culture, community, data, and creativity are essential. The ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stay abreast of the latest design, social media, creative, and influencer marketing trends is also crucial.
