The Manager, Business Insights at Garner Health leads a small, high-impact team of product and business analysts responsible for driving critical decisions within the company. The position reports to the Director of Data Science & Analytics and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and executive teams.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of 3–4 analysts across Growth, Product, and Central Business Intelligence, providing thought leadership to cross-functional partners, and defining measurement and experimentation strategies. The role requires designing and overseeing experiments, conducting causal analyses, and developing measurement frameworks to assess product performance and inform decision-making. Additionally, the Manager is expected to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of 2 years managing analysts or data scientists. A strong foundation in experiment design, causal inference methods, and statistical rigor is essential. Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively are also required. The role demands autonomy, sound judgment, and a product-focused mindset to understand and influence business metrics and member experiences.
