WPP Media is seeking a Manager-Analytics to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As part of WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, this role focuses on delivering data-driven solutions that enhance media performance and client outcomes. The Manager-Analytics will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to design, customize, and maintain platforms for business analytics and measurement.

Key responsibilities include applying statistical modeling techniques such as regression and classification to extract business value from campaign data. The role involves utilizing programming languages like Python, R, and SQL, along with tools such as SciPy, BigQuery, TensorFlow, and Datalab, to prototype and deliver data-driven solutions. Additionally, the Manager-Analytics will define project scopes, set up and estimate efforts in collaboration with account analytics leads, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best-in-class analytics work.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant industry experience in analytics-focused roles and a degree in an applied quantitative field such as data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, business management, or computer science. Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SciPy), programming languages (SQL, Python), and advanced Excel or Google Sheets is essential. Experience in delivering analytics projects involving correlation, regression, significance testing, A/B tests, and supervised machine learning is highly desirable. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
