Machine Learning Engineer
Ritual is seeking a Machine Learning Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and deploy machine learning models, automate data ETL pipelines, and deliver customer-facing products. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies within a company dedicated to building the next generation of AI infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include scaling up model inference and running predictions at scale on advanced models. You will work end-to-end to connect ML models to human interfaces such as APIs, browsers, and applications. Additionally, you will design and implement large-scale data and ML pipelines throughout the full product development lifecycle. Collaboration with engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations teammates is essential to create innovative products.
The ideal candidate has experience as a software engineer and in building and serving machine learning models. Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and open-source stacks like Hugging Face is required. You should have the ability to reason through machine learning system trade-offs and demonstrate a high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction.
