Legal Counsel, Procurement
Remote is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel specializing in procurement to join our dynamic legal team. The role also involves identifying legal risks and opportunities in commercial relationships and staying current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have rigorous legal training from a reputable law firm, with significant experience in commercial law, particularly in negotiating and reviewing complex vendor agreements and SaaS contracts. They should possess a strong understanding of business objectives, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice that balances risk with opportunity. The candidate must demonstrate strong automation and AI capabilities, quickly grasp complex issues, identify risks, and propose creative solutions. Fluency in English is required, and prior experience working remotely is considered a plus.
