The role is based in Düsseldorf, Germany, and is part of a specialized legal team focusing on logistics and procurement law. In this position, the Legal Counsel will act as the central point of contact for logistics and procurement legal matters. Responsibilities include advising cross-functional departments on civil law issues, managing international procurement contracts, supporting negotiations with national and international suppliers, and providing ongoing legal guidance to logistics departments. The role also involves updating contract texts in line with new legal, corporate, or internal requirements and coordinating external legal consultations.

Candidates should have completed both state examinations with at least "satisfactory" results and possess in-depth knowledge of civil, procurement, and logistics law. A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving competencies are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to structure complex issues and implement practical solutions with a sound understanding of business operations. Fluency in both German (C1/C2) and English is required, with international experience being advantageous.
