Legal Counsel (f/m/div.)

The Bosch Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its team in Portugal. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to Bosch companies, focusing on corporate law matters. The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and offers an opportunity to work within a global organization committed to innovation and quality.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and legal documents to ensure compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements. You will also identify and assess risks associated with business decisions and operations, providing proactive legal advice and contributing to the development of defense strategies. Additionally, the role includes preparing corporate documentation, staying updated with legislative changes, and supporting legal training sessions within the organization.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Law and be admitted to the Bar Association. A minimum of five years of professional experience in contracts, corporate law, and competition law is required. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
