Legal Counsel (Blockchain Payment)

Hyphen Connect is a dynamic US-based fintech startup specializing in cross-border blockchain payments. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in drafting contracts and monitoring regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with SEC and MiCA regulations.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts related to cross-border blockchain payments, monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes, including SEC and MiCA updates, providing legal advice and support on fintech and crypto law matters, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and conducting legal research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, have over four years of experience in fintech or crypto law, demonstrate a strong understanding of SEC and MiCA regulations, exhibit excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
