The Head of Risk will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks for our global institutional crypto exchange's lending and trading operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust risk practices in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Head of Risk will also monitor and report on risk exposure and performance to senior management, providing guidance and training to team members on risk management best practices.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in risk management within traditional finance or cryptocurrency sectors, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks. A proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
