Legal Counsel APAC

Monks is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel to join their Shanghai office, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is ideal for an autonomous, strategic, and flexible individual who thrives in a high-pressure, creative environment. The Legal Counsel will handle deal negotiations for a broad range of creative production projects, provide practical and business-focused guidance to internal stakeholders, and collaborate with other regional legal teams. Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel (APAC), the position offers an opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of colleagues across 57 talent hubs in 33 countries.
