Legal & Compliance Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator
The Legal & Compliance Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator at Soros Fund Management (SFM) will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer (GC/CCO) and the broader legal and compliance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling expense reporting for the GC/CCO and other legal team members. The individual will also coordinate departmental operations, manage invoice processing, and maintain organized records to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Additionally, the role involves tracking ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of corporate and regulatory documents.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-5+ years of experience in a Legal, Compliance, or Executive Assistant role within a financial institution, law firm, or similar fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information are also required.
