This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and professional client invoicing while collaborating closely with attorneys, finance, and billing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and distribute pre-bills for attorney review.
• Track feedback and apply billing edits as instructed.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies.
• Generate and finalize invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Deliver invoices through required platforms or methods.
• Resolve billing questions or discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain organized billing records and audit-ready documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end billing deadlines.
