Leave Specialist
The Leave Specialist at PitchBook Data plays a pivotal role within the People Team, focusing on managing employee leave of absence cases and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves managing the PBHR inbox and ServiceNow queue to address employee inquiries promptly, supporting HRIS administration, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely processing of employee lifecycle events.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for those experienced in leave of absence administration. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are essential. The role also requires excellent problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented mindset to enhance HR operations.
