Learning Experience Trainer (Remote Eligible Costa Rica)

The Learning Experience Trainer at Smartsheet plays an integral role in supporting the company’s mission to enable its global workforce through impactful training and development initiatives. As part of the global Talent Development team, the Trainer is dedicated to improving the learning journey for employees and ensuring the adoption of best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. Smartsheet, recognized for its collaborative culture and innovation in work management, seeks candidates in Costa Rica, with the flexibility to work remotely.

In this role, the Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs to new and existing employees. Key day-to-day tasks include hosting virtual training sessions, facilitating workshops, monitoring learner progress, and providing feedback to accelerate development. Collaboration with subject matter experts to update content and adjust curriculum in response to business needs is also a core part of the job.

Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in learning and development or a similar training environment, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Proven skills in public speaking, virtual facilitation, and learning management systems are required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as is the ability to design and deliver creative, interactive learning experiences.
