As a Lead Technical Recruiter at Duolingo, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for our engineering and technical teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product development. Additionally, you will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in technical recruiting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is also required.
