Lead Solutions Architect, GSIs
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical liaison for our Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role is integral to our Partnerships team, which focuses on expanding Klaviyo's reach and impact through strategic collaborations. The Lead Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in aligning technical strategies with our partners to drive mutual success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering in-depth technical workshops, certification programs, and training sessions tailored to GSIs. They will guide partners in developing specialized environments for demonstrations and proofs of concept, ensuring they can effectively showcase Klaviyo's capabilities. Additionally, the role involves collaborating on go-to-market strategies, creating technical blueprints, and co-branded solution packages to integrate Klaviyo into partners' existing portfolios.
Applicants should have a minimum of seven years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related fields. A strong understanding of modern web technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, and React, is essential. Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and integration platforms is also required. Experience with marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, e-commerce systems, and analytics is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Klaviyo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $156,800 to $235,200, depending on experience and location. The total compensation package may also include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
