The Lead, Production & Collaboration Technology at Klaviyo is responsible for overseeing the strategy, delivery, and technological experiences that facilitate global connectivity and collaboration among Klaviyos. This role is integral to enhancing how teams connect, communicate, and perform their best work across the organization. Operating within the IT & Security department, the position is based in Boston, MA.
Key responsibilities include owning the global strategy and roadmap for production, audiovisual systems, conference rooms, collaboration technology, and related infrastructure. The role involves leading complex AV and collaboration technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring that Klaviyo's collaboration environment is intuitive, reliable, and scalable. Additionally, the Lead will set global technical standards, collaborate with various teams to align technology investments with company priorities, and manage budgets and vendor strategies for production and collaboration technologies.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in live production, broadcast, audiovisual technology, or related fields. A strong technical background in live production and AV is essential, along with experience managing complex projects from design through implementation. Proficiency with technologies such as Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, OfficeSpace, Freshservice, Greetly, and Zoom is preferred. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader, capable of making decisions under pressure, and willing to travel up to 20% to support global initiatives.
