Key responsibilities include leading the regional squad in Brazil, translating global strategic objectives into clear product initiatives, and managing co-development efforts with ESS and UK teams to ensure alignment between local needs, global strategy, technical dependencies, and the final customer experience. The role also involves defining the product vision, value proposition, and AI experience principles for credit and fraud decisioning desks, conducting continuous discovery focused on personas, jobs to be done, journeys, operational pain points, and success metrics, and translating AI opportunities into concrete experiences that enhance operational efficiency and reduce analysis and decision-making time.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in product management within regulated and highly complex environments, experience managing products in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product evolution, and execute squads, ensuring alignment between strategy, technical execution, and stakeholders, and fluency in English for frequent interaction with global teams. Additionally, prior experience with decision platforms and operational contexts in daily desk processes, experience in product discovery, prioritization under ambiguity, and roadmap construction, and the ability to transform complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and actionable roadmaps are essential.
