Lead Product Designer
As a Lead Product Designer at RADAR, you will be instrumental in shaping web experiences across internal support and onboarding tools, as well as customer-facing analytics dashboards. This role bridges internal operations with customer value, enhancing team efficiency and delivering clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform complex problems into scalable, high-quality solutions.
Your primary responsibilities include owning the design of web experiences for internal onboarding tools and customer analytics dashboards. You will define and drive end-to-end user experiences, from initial concepts through detailed design and launch. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams, you will shape product strategy and prioritize impactful work. Additionally, you will translate complex workflows and data into clear, intuitive interfaces, establish and uphold high design quality standards, contribute to design systems, mentor other designers, conduct user research, and advocate for users while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
The ideal candidate has over six years of product design experience, including web and mobile platforms, and a proven track record of shipping software products to production. Experience in designing internal tools, operational systems, or complex dashboards is essential. Strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complex workflows, and familiarity with designing for systems with multiple user roles or workflows are required. A high level of craft in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, along with experience mentoring other designers and excellent communication skills, are also important.
