As an LDR (Lead Development Representative) - Commercial Assistant at Hotmart, you will play a pivotal role in initiating connections between creators, entrepreneurs, and our comprehensive digital solutions. Based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering growth and impact within the Creator Economy.
Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying and analyzing leads for the sales team, identifying contact sources, and maintaining organized and up-to-date data within the company's CRM system. You will contribute to converting leads into business opportunities by discerning pertinent information from promising contacts for the sales representatives. Collaboration with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, will be essential to ensure an optimal experience for each lead.
We are seeking individuals with curiosity, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. While prior experience in commercial roles like LDR, SDR, or BDR is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A proactive attitude and a passion for making meaningful connections are highly valued. The position requires a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the Belo Horizonte office.
