Growth Specialist- foco em IA

Hotmart is seeking a Growth Specialist with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to enhance our lead generation and qualification processes. This role is pivotal in integrating AI technologies to automate and optimize our sales funnel, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency.

The Growth Specialist will design AI-driven automation workflows tailored to lead generation and qualification. Responsibilities include developing solutions for automated content processing and analysis, implementing prompt engineering and AI pipelines for data generation and enrichment, and extracting and structuring information from diverse sources. Additionally, the role involves supporting the creation of customer segmentation models to guide the sales team's prioritization and outreach strategies.

Candidates must have practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Node is essential. Experience in prompt engineering and developing AI automation workflows is also required.
