Junior Research Analyst

As a Junior Research Analyst at Diligent Corporation, you will be an integral part of the research team, contributing to global initiatives in areas such as compensation, governance, voting, activism, and risk. Diligent is a leader in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, serving over 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the collection, validation, and maintenance of research data from various global sources. You will manage and coordinate workflows with third-party research and outsourcing partners, perform quality assurance checks to identify data inaccuracies, and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will track progress, provide updates, and communicate challenges to research leads and stakeholders, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to support data accuracy and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve processes is highly valued.
