Junior Legal Counsel

Veeam Software is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. This role focuses on supporting commercial and technology-related legal matters, particularly in SaaS and software licensing contracts. The Junior Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycle processes, assist senior legal counsel with ongoing matters, identify legal risks, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and business teams.

Candidates should possess a law degree, be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent), and have at least one year of relevant legal experience. A basic understanding of SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracts, along with strong drafting and analytical skills, is essential. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
