INFUSE is a B2B demand generation company that partners with agencies to help their end-clients drive pipeline and revenue through targeted media campaigns. We deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. We’re looking for a Junior Agency Account Manager to join our team of five. You’ll own and manage a book of agency partners, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships. Your core focus will be retaining and growing revenue across your agency accounts — helping them deliver demand generation results for their end-clients through INFUSE’s services, while identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.

While the role is remote-first, it’s also a genuinely client-facing position. You’ll be expected to meet agency partners and attend industry events in person, so you need to be someone who thrives in those environments and enjoys building relationships face to face as well as over a screen. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B media who wants to develop commercially in a fast-paced demand generation environment.

Key responsibilities include managing a dedicated book of agency partners end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day contact for each agency. You will build and maintain strong agency relationships through regular communication, in-person meetings, and attendance at industry events. Understanding each agency’s end-client needs and positioning INFUSE’s demand generation services to support their goals is crucial. Additionally, you will identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within existing agency accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Representing INFUSE at client meetings, conferences, and events — acting as an ambassador for the business — is also part of the role. Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard for agency partners and their end-clients is essential. Monitoring campaign performance and preparing agency-facing reports, translating data into actionable insights, conducting regular account reviews and QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with agency partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including pipeline, activity, and forecasting, flagging risks to agency account health early and working proactively to resolve issues, and contributing to team processes, sharing learnings and best practices across the account management team are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a commercial role within B2B media, demand generation, or a related agency environment. You should be personable, confident, and genuinely enjoy building relationships — you light up a room, not just a Zoom call. Being comfortable and energized by in-person client meetings, networking, and industry events is important. A commercially minded individual with a genuine interest in growing revenue and hitting targets is desired. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to agency stakeholders are essential. You should be organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple agency accounts and priorities simultaneously. Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to manage accounts and pipeline is required. Comfort working remotely and managing your own time effectively, along with a proactive, self-starter attitude — you don’t wait to be told what to do — are also important qualities.
