As a Manager of Mid Market Revenue Architects at Gong, you will lead a team dedicated to driving revenue transformation for mid-sized customers through Gong's AI Operating System. This role is part of our new Industry Expansion (IX) team, focusing on clients in the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. You will be instrumental in building the IX outcomes realization journey, leveraging automation, AI, content, and self-service strategies to enhance customer health, reduce churn, and increase Net Dollar Retention (NDR).

Your primary responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Revenue Architects. You will provide consistent coaching on account strategy, executive presence, and value realization. Additionally, you will partner with senior Go-To-Market leaders to design and oversee the execution of strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AI Operating System, specifically tailored for the financial services and healthcare industries.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of direct people management experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company. A total of 6–10+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Implementation Specialist is required. Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers, or professional work experience in those industries, is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the leadership level, are essential.

Gong offers a competitive annual salary range for this position, from $97,300 to $140,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package may also include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
