Tenable, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Singapore. As a global leader in Exposure Management, Tenable provides cybersecurity solutions to over 44,000 organizations worldwide. The IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical operations and supporting the company's rapid growth.

In this role, the IT Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, and core business applications. They will provide high-touch technical assistance to C-suite executives and remote global staff, ensuring minimal downtime for critical business operations. Additionally, the engineer will utilize AI tools to streamline documentation and accelerate technical troubleshooting, manage endpoint security to ensure all staff devices are patched and secure, and support user onboarding by provisioning hardware and conducting IT orientation training. Infrastructure support, including maintaining local office networks and conferencing technologies, and collaborating with global teams in InfoSec, Networking, and Systems Operations to adhere to global IT processes, are also key responsibilities.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or global high-tech environment. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, including VMs, Active Directory, and DNS, is essential. Hands-on experience with MSP/MDM tools like JAMF, BigFix, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is required. A solid understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and common information security practices is necessary. Superior customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical guidance to non-technical users, are important. The ability to lead or participate in internal IT projects independently is also desired.
