IT Support Analyst
Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Brussels office. In this position, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to partners, lawyers, and business professionals. Key duties include handling complex incidents and requests, offering desktop hardware and software support, and managing remote services such as RAS/VPN and mobile devices. The role also involves supporting technologies within client and internal meeting rooms, including video conferencing setup and testing. Additionally, the analyst will assist the Global and Regional Infrastructure teams in testing and rolling out new infrastructure equipment in the local office.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user support. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written, is required. Experience in IT training or support within the legal or professional services sector is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, iManage, and legal document tools is advantageous. A solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices is essential, along with experience supporting various devices and technologies, including Apple OSX/iOS, Android, desktop/laptop setups, Wi-Fi, Cisco telephony, secure printing, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems.
