IT Service Quality Analyst
Experian is seeking an IT Service Quality Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. This role is integral to our Digital Workplace Enablement team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the quality of IT services delivered to our end-users. The IT Service Quality Analyst will assist in managing the service quality program to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include reviewing support tickets for quality assurance, providing feedback for improvement, identifying and implementing process and quality improvement plans, and developing innovative strategies to maintain a focus on service quality. The role also involves reporting on program success and metrics to senior leadership and fostering effective communication and collaboration across all support teams.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in service quality management, preferably within a digital workplace or IT support environment, is essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to drive change and influence others without direct authority are also required. Experience with performance management and employee development is advantageous.
