IT Engineer

HeyGen is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to oversee our IT infrastructure, security measures, and physical workspace operations. This role involves managing our IT systems, ensuring data protection, and maintaining office hardware and conference room setups. The position is based in our San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles offices.

As an IT Engineer at HeyGen, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks, overseeing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, and ensuring strict access control during employee onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will manage user access across our corporate software stack, oversee the deployment of "AI employees" and automated workflows, and audit license utilization to optimize software spending. Maintaining physical office IT hardware and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy internal IT automation tools are also key aspects of this role.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, preferably within a fast-scaling tech startup. Proven experience in configuring and managing EDR systems, implementing DLP policies, and acting as a primary point of contact for vendors is essential. The role requires a proactive approach to unblocking users quickly, a mindset focused on automation, and the ability to leverage internal resources and manage external contractors effectively.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits such as a 401k plan, health benefits, generous paid time off, a parental leave program, and emotional health resources.

At HeyGen, we foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values innovation and creativity. We offer opportunities for professional growth and advancement, a collaborative culture, and access to the latest technologies and tools.
