Head of Strategic Partnerships
HeyGen is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of its partnership strategy, aiming to position the company as the preferred AI avatar and video partner for leading platforms and AI companies. This role involves identifying and securing distribution partnerships with major social, content, and creative platforms, as well as building strategic alliances with AI-native companies across various sectors. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be instrumental in driving HeyGen's growth through strategic collaborations.
The primary responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing platforms for integration, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, structuring and negotiating various partnership deals such as native integrations, OEM and embedded partnerships, API collaborations, and revenue-sharing models. The role also involves collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to prototype integrations and ensure successful partner launches. Additionally, the Head of Strategic Partnerships will develop partnerships with leading AI companies, track the AI ecosystem to identify emerging leaders, and represent HeyGen at industry events and conferences.
Candidates should have a proven track record in partnership development, with experience in structuring and closing complex deals. Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with executive, product, and go-to-market leaders, are essential. The role requires technical fluency to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and marketing departments. A deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and the ability to identify and engage with key players is also crucial.
Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits and perks are provided, details of which can be obtained during the interview process.
