ISDA Negotiator

Axiom is seeking an ISDA Negotiator to join our team and support global clients in the banking and financial services sector. This role involves working within a collaborative environment to provide expert legal support on derivatives documentation and negotiations.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of documents such as ISDA Master Agreements, GMRA, and GMSLA. The role also involves analyzing and resolving technical issues during negotiations, managing a portfolio of active matters, and building productive relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers.

Candidates should have a legal background with 5-12 years of experience in derivatives documentation and negotiation, particularly with ISDA agreements. Exposure to in-house financial services is beneficial but not essential. A solid understanding of ISDA-related negotiation and execution principles, along with excellent academic credentials and a strong analytical mindset, is required.
