Investigations Specialist (Remote)
The Investigations Specialist at ABC Legal Services plays a crucial role in locating individuals and businesses for the service of legal documents. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations using various databases to locate subjects for service of process. The specialist will review findings, cross-reference previous order aspects, and communicate results to customers and co-workers. Additionally, the role involves answering investigation-related phone calls and emails, as well as updating and reviewing procedural documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have at least six months of related experience. Experience in an office environment or customer-facing position is preferred. The role requires the ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the capacity to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills, openness to learning, and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
