Investigations Specialist (Remote)

ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Investigations Specialist to join our remote team. As the national leader in service of process, we have a team of over 1,000 professionals across multiple offices, with our headquarters in Seattle. This role is integral to our Investigations Team, contributing to our mission of providing efficient and accurate legal support services.

In this position, you will conduct thorough investigations using various databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing findings, cross-referencing order details, and effectively communicating results to both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will handle investigation-related phone calls and emails, as well as update and review procedural documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least six months of related experience. Experience in an office environment or customer-facing role is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
