Intern Professional Services Global Programs
Celonis is seeking an Intern for its Professional Services Global Programs team in Madrid, Spain. This role is integral to the development and execution of global customer success programs that enhance customer value and empower professional services team members in their client-facing roles. The programs focus on skill-building, adoption of customer journey methodologies, product and technical capabilities, and compliance with processes and tools.
The intern will be responsible for creating and maintaining communication assets for the Professional Services team, coordinating global and regional workshops, preparing content, managing communications, and reporting on session outcomes. Additionally, the role involves supporting stakeholder management by gathering requirements and feedback to assess the effectiveness and prioritization of enablement programs. Analyzing program compliance and producing reports for leadership review are also key aspects of the position.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel. Experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or consulting is advantageous. The ideal candidate is passionate, proactive, and eager to learn, with excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in German, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
