In this role, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload involving significant commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, developments, and due diligence. The day-to-day work includes advising clients on property law, drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and providing strategic guidance across a broad range of real estate projects. You will work closely with partners and senior team members, as well as mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
Candidates should be qualified lawyers with ideally five or more years of post-admission experience in real estate law, preferably within a large firm or a reputable in-house team. Strong technical skills in property law, an excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to clients are essential. Experience handling complex property matters and supporting large-scale transactions is highly valued, along with a proactive, client-focused approach.
